Purchase a USB headset for your certification class and for servicing most clients. This is a headset that plugs into your computer. See our recommendations. - You will receive a welcome email. And subsequent email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out personal information including, W9 form and Direct Deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client.

Once you select the client that works best for you, you will select a training to attend for the specific client.
Training is usually broken up into three phases.
Phase I. Instructor Led eLearning& Self-Paced Work: This is the unpaid phase of your training. Phase I is a combination of 2-4 hours per day of instructor-led sessions and Self-paced daily assessments. 100% attendance is required
Phase II. Foot in the Water! This phase you start earning some revenue. Phase II is a combination of 1-2 hours paid live call taking and 2 hours unpaid instructor-led sessions. 100% attendance is required
Phase III. Earn While You Learn! This phase you no longer have to attend certification class, apply what you’ve learned in Phase I and II to live call taking, and generate revenue. Phase III is your probation phase you are responsible for scheduling your own hours and meeting the client requirements.

In order to partner with Nine28 Solutions and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

The admissions process takes as little as 1 day. Once you complete the admissions process and join the Nine28 Solutions team you then choose a client certification course.
Realistically, it may be around 20 days or less before the class starts. Classes are typically around 30 days but some are as little as 3 days. Once certified you can start working immediately. Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take 21 to 30 days to receive your first deposit.

Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service and have full transparency to the pay rates.

- Some choose a client because they are open 24/7.
- Some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay.

The Sooner You Start, The Sooner You Earn – Get Started Apply Here
Nine28 Solutions pays semi-monthly on the 15th and the end of the month. Nine28 Solutions Invoice Periods will be the 1st – 15th and the 16th through the end of the month.
Nine28 Solutions and ARISE charges a total fee of $69.50 per client each invoice. ONLY if you are receiving revenue.
Nine28 Solutions/ARISE fees, includes:
- Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk
- StarMatic® scheduling system, the use of clients’ systems
- Nine28 one on one support, security systems i.e. DUO mobile and VPN,
- Nine28 Solutions processing fees.

Nine28 Solutions does not pay for the time spent in a client’s certification course. We are the middleman between our partner’s clients and the Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers working from home.
As an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client.
As a Premier Partner for Arise, we do have vouchers from time to time for certain clients to help bring down your out of pocket expense. Contact us to find out more.
You are an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. Nine28 Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099-Misc Format the end of the year if you made $600 or more.
Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers.
I would advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.
You are self-employed and operate your own business. We provide a 1099-Misc form at the end of the year; therefore, you are responsible for paying your income taxes.
(IMPORTANT: don’t forget to keep track of all your start-up and ongoing costs of your business! Most expenses, including your home office, are tax deductible)
