The enterprise software company that develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants and individuals. Customer support agents interact with customers via phone, one way video, and screen share. Focus on software questions, resolving issues and serving as an ambassador for the brand.
Duties:
- Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support.
- Handle technical support questions via phone.
- Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers.
- Interact with customers to focus on software navigation questions.
- Document all issues, resolution and follow up.
Skills:
- Computer skills- Including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
Basic typing skills - Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Work availability 15-20 hours a week
- Quiet distraction free work environment
- Must have minimum computer specifications
- Noise cancelling USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
